Half-Day Retreat: Breath, Connection & Nature
Guided by Nigel
This half-day retreat is a chance to reset your nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with yourself, your body, and a group of like minded men.
Everything is fully guided, so you can relax into the process knowing you’re held in a safe, supportive space.
🌿 Retreat Flow
10am – 1pm | Soul Bank, Salford
We begin indoors with a deep 3-hour session that goes far beyond the fortnightly meet ups:
Sananga – (optional) traditional Amazonian eye drops used by tribes for clarity, energetic cleansing, and connection to spirit. Sananga is said to sharpen inner and outer vision, open energetic channels, and prepare you for deeper practices.
Conscious Connected Breathwork – a powerful practice for releasing stress and restoring balance.
Connection & Conversation – guided sharing to open the space and ease you into the group.
Gentle Somatic Movement – stretching and embodied practices to support the breath and nervous system.
Cacao Ceremony - a warm cup of ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart, invite connection, and prepare the body and mind for deep rest.
Restorative Sound Bath – crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, and other instruments to soothe and integrate.
1:30pm – 3:30pm | Chorlton Water Park & Woods
From Soul Bank, we’ll head out together (car-sharing or tram) into nature.
Guided mindful walk in the woods to slow down and drop into presence.
Space for quiet reflection or natural conversation.
Weather permitting, a short outdoor meditation & breath practice supported with sound.
The day closes with an optional guided cold-water dip, with tools to help you feel safe, supported, and invigorated.
