Join us as we gather in community to honour the turning of the seasons and prepare for the Autumn Equinox. Together we will reconnect with nature’s rhythms, find balance within ourselves, and celebrate the abundance of this time of year.

🌿 What to Expect

* Gentle taster yoga session in the Willow Woods

* Local businesses sharing offerings & inspiration

* Sound bath with Jessica to relax, de-stress, and restore balance

* Forest school fun for children – crafting, treasure hunts & play in nature

* Forage walk to experience the abundance of Nature & what is growing locally 

* Closing fire circle with stories, drumming, and nourishing food to share

*Yummy hot food to purchase on the day courtesy of our friends @greenmanbakehouse 

🌞 In case of rain, there will be covered options so we can enjoy the day whatever the weather.

This gathering is open to all – families, friends, and individuals seeking a moment of connection, balance, and celebration.

* 12- 4pm: Activities, yoga, forest school & sound bath, fire & food available to purchase

* £10 per adult

* Children free/ donation
