A supportive space to connect with your inner wisdom.

This women's circle is for women seeking to deepen their self-understanding, navigate personal transformation and cultivate meaningful connections.

We would like to welcome you to a compassionate, nourishing and grounded community space where we hope you feel held, connected and inspired.

There’ll be a soft landing, with a cup of tea, before connecting in with our bodies. We're offering a gentle space for guided meditations, self-reflection and optional group sharing.

The space will be held by Dr Alice Liddell, who integrates Clinical Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, somatic practices, mindfulness, and women’s circle facilitation.

Alice will be supported by Robyn Cooper, who blends her in-depth personal exploration of IFS with promoting self-reflection across complex organisations.

They bring a warm, compassionate, grounded approach, to holding space for others to connect with their inner wisdom.
