Join us for our first Grow Cook Learn workshop of the year - the Art of Chocolate!

Thinking of gifting your loved ones chocolate for Valentine's Day? Or perhaps you're simply curious about the science behind tempering chocolate? This workshop is for you!

At this workshop, you will:

• Engage in an interactive cooking demonstration
• Learn how to temper chocolate to achieve that perfect, shiny, crisp finish
• Leave with a chocolatey treat and the knowledge and experience to make handmade chocolates at home!

What you'll need:

• Enthusiasm to learn and cook, and plenty of love and patience
• Your own  container (a 15x15 cm sandwich bag or 750 mL container) in which to store your handmade chocolates

This event is free to attend, but we ask that you contribute a $4 deposit to secure your spot. This deposit is paid when you RSVP and  refunded when you attend the workshop OR if you email us to cancel your reservation at least 24 h before the workshop. You can also bypass the deposit by emailing us directly. Our hope is that this system will reduce absences and minimise food waste, since we only purchase as much food as we need for the anticipated number of participants. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about the deposit system!

Reimagine Co is a fully accessible venue, and we welcome participants of all abilities, ages and backgrounds.
