Goddess Spa Day

The Goddess Spa Day is a deeply nourishing journey designed to reconnect women with their inner wisdom and feminine power. 

• 10:00:  We begin by calling in the Seven Sacred Directions, anchoring ourselves in the energy of the earth and cosmos. From there, we settle into a women’s circle of introductions, sharing how we are arriving in the space and opening to the collective energy of the day.
• 10:30 - 13:00 A gentle craft session follows, inviting creativity and presence as we begin weaving intention into our hands and hearts. You will be making your own clay Goddess figure, a totem to remind you of your own feminine power and connection to the divine. You will then make a charm bag, that your can personalise with embroidery, to keep your goddess in (or any other sacred object - in your possession or yet to find you - that you would like to keep close and safe).
• 13:00  We will break for a wholesome lunch featuring Green Goddess soup, homemade bread, and vibrant, delicious salads.
• 13:45 The afternoon opens with a grounding energy healing session or Drum Journey, preparing us for deep restoration in the Wowo Wild Spa.
• 14:30 - 17:00 We spend couple of hours soaking in the sauna, steam room, and cold plunge pool—cleansing bodies and spirits.
• 17:00 - 18:00  We close the day with a sacred goddess ritual, walking a stone spiral to invoke Arianrhod, the Welsh goddess of cycles, fate, and feminine sovereignty. Every woman will walk the spiral while the rest of us sit in circle around her accompanying her on her journey, drumming, chanting and  making sure she is loved and safe and witnessed. When she reaches the middle she will get her Herbal Oxymel and can draw an Angel Card.  During the Goddess Ritual there will be tea and the signature Chocolate Beetroot Muffins (gluten and dairy free obvs!).

Each woman  returns home with her clay goddess and charm bag and the Arianhod Oxymel—reminders of the power and beauty she holds within.
