A feel of the dance flow: Grounding first, letting the nervous system land, gradually teasing the hips and feet, building the energy where the tempo and feel aims to lift the dance floor into places of freedom and release, landing us at the end into softness and grace.
Examples of genres:- Downtempo Ethno-Electronic, Organic and Afro House, Tribal Tech House, Anthems you might recognise, Tribal Drums, Neo Classical, Electronica and Ambient sound healing.
Please bring some layers and something comfy to lie on for the sound journey 🧥🕊️
Let’s meet the season in full movement—see you on the floor! 🚀🌸
**Please observe the main dance area as a non verbal space. If you would like a pre dance natter, feel free to have a chat in the green room.
Venue: The dance is held at the Blackbird Red Rose studio, Unit G, Vallis rd Trading Estate, Robins Ln, Frome BA11 3DT.
Look for the blue door at the end of the row of industrial units you drive past when entering the trading estate. It’s on the corner, opposite the back wall. There is plenty of parking outside.
