CIRCLE OF TREES

Environmental Arts  Therapy (EAT) Circle of Trees  is a nature based outdoor workshop  journeying with our environment  each month.  We work outside in all weathers in a shared experience between ourselves and nature.  The sessions are NOT therapy but we explore and express individual and shared feelings, what we notice, with creativity and awareness of our surroundings.  We work by invitation - your presence and participation is welcome.

Investment: £30 per session

PLEASE WEAR OLD CLOTHES,WARM LAYERS AND WATERPROOFS, BRING SOMETHING TO SIT ON - AND A WARM  DRINK.  We will be working outside.

PLEASE NOTE :  WE MAY BE WORKING/ LYING DOWN  (BRIEFLY) ON THE GROUND

PLEASE NOTE :   EAT potentially entails activities which involve physical risks; you are  fully responsible for yourselves and neither the Host (Lindsey Fooks), nor BOARC are liable in any way.

The event is offered by Lindsey Fooks - HCPC registered Dramatherapist , PG Cert  Environmental Arts Therapy (2022).
