Women Circle with Cacao, Shakti Dance, Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra

Welcome Shakti Sister!

With Full Buck Moon coming in few days,  I invite you to come to  celebrate life, nature's abundance and raise our vibrations, embracing the new beginning as we are entering Mid Summer. 

We will gather in circle sharing our stories and deeply  listening  while opening  our hearts  and wombs to receive the frequency of love with ceremonial cacao .  
You are welcome to bring pen and journal. 

I will be guiding you through Yoni Shakti Yoga , Shakti and Mandala Dance and some ancient taoist practices aiming to increase inner and outer radiance and beauty ,  nourish energetic and physical bodies and open in non linear way through waves, spirals and lemniscates. 

The practices will include harmonious blend of breathing , pelvic muscles awareness  and activation of inner organs and glands as well as meditative and sensual sacred geometry  curves  embodying  Temple Dance and Yoni Yoga. 

We will also learn invite  inner smile sending self-healing to major organs in the body that are storing our emotions.  This practice aids the transformation of negative emotions into positive vibrations. 

At the end  there will be relaxation time  with Yoga Nidra.

Please wear comfortable clothes like long skirt or loose trousers, leggings are fine too.
