You are warmly invited to join me for a special workshop as we embark on a journey through the cycles of nature and the seasons within us. We will honour the transition from autumn to winter while revisiting the energies of spring and summer.

This practice will weave together mindful movement, breathwork, yoga nidra and a sound bath, guiding you into deep relaxation and nourishment for body, mind, and soul. You’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and ready to embrace the coming winter with grace and intention.

This workshop offers you the opportunity to:

  • Move through the seasons: Feel the gentle awakening of Spring, the fire and vitality of Summer, the grounding release of Autumn, and the deep rest of Winter.
  • Find relaxation and stillness: Through yoga, meditation, and restorative practices, you’ll discover ways to release tension, manage the stresses of daily life, and cultivate inner calm.
  • Reconnect with nature: By attuning to the energy of each season, you’ll deepen your connection with the natural world and learn how its cycles can guide and support you off the mat.
  • Pause for reflection: With moments of introspection you'll have the space to harvest the lessons of the year and set intentions as you prepare for the restorative months ahead.

ABOUT MAGA EMANUELA

Yoga has been such an essential part of my life over the last 7 years, a practice that has helped me connect with my body and embark on a self-discovery journey. Yoga helped me overcome an eating disorder by learning how to listen to my body and treat it as a temple, honouring all the parts that made me who I am today.

Yoga has given me the tools I need to live in a world where we are asked to do and be productive all the time. It has led me to ask deeper questions of who I am and who I am becoming. It has helped find a deeper meaning to life and the relationship with myself and others.

I am passionate about the mind body connection and how we can use yoga as a tool for healing, acceptance and self-discovery.

Angie has been fascinated by how frequency affects, attunes and heals our bodies for a few years now, since then she became a certified reiki and sound healing practitioner. Her gentleness combined with powerful crystal singing bowls will bring you to a state of total bliss and relaxation, whilst your body attunes to the healing frequencies.
