An Evening of Music, Movement and Conscious Connected Breath

Breathwork could be the path you’re looking for. 

This session is designed to guide you on an inner journey using the power of breath.

The Breath

In this session, we’ll use the conscious connected breath, a simple yet powerful technique that can open doors to deep experiences. 

With each energising inhale, we awaken our bodies, and with every gentle exhale, we soften into the moment. It’s a practice that lets you be fully present without the need to overthink or analyse. Here, you have the freedom to choose how deep you want to go.

The breath has a natural ability to move whatever might be stuck, bypassing the stories we tell ourselves. It knows where to flow, guiding you to release what you’re ready to let go of.

What to Expect:

The session lasts 2 hours and begins with a grounding introduction and guided embodiment exercises to prepare your body. Then, you’ll lie down and embark on your breathwork journey, all while being supported by carefully selected music.
 

We’ll take time for integration and sharing, bringing this experience to a close together. 
Throughout, we prioritise safety and embodiment, with facilitators on hand to support you. Bodywork is available during the breathwork session — always optional and entirely up to you. (You always have a voice and a choice)

What to Bring:

• Curiosity, playfulness and appetite to explore.
• Loose, comfortable clothing
• A water bottle
• A journal if you’d like to jot down any insights afterwards
• A light stomach—breathing is easier when you’re not too full!

Your Facilitator

Hello friends, I’m Angeliki, a breathwork practitioner guiding people to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and access their full potential mentally, physically and emotionally using the power of their breath.

I offer an integrated approach to nervous system regulation, emotional reset, embodiment, and physical resilience. My work blends conscious connected breathing, functional breathwork, bodywork and movement to rebuild from the inside out. My focus is on creating an inclusive and consent-based safe space where you can experience your whole self with gentleness, compassion, love, and gratitude. 

Breathwork is my way of holding space for individuals and groups to reconnect with themselves, release what’s been stored in the body, and find presence, peace and freedom, on their own terms. 

Ultimately, I support people to feel empowered to experience life the way they want, not the way they’ve been conditioned to.

If you have access requirements please email the event organiser directly to discuss. Many facilitators are able to offer reduced ticket prices for those truly unable to afford the ticket price.
