A New Cycle Begins 

The last live cohort of this training welcomed over 250 members from all over the world — each drawn to the path of The Beauty Way, from many cultures, professions, and walks of life. This offering is now being brought back to life, calling in those who feel ready for the next turning of the wheel.

The Ageless Wisdom Shamanic Training is a 6-month journey including 12 in-depth modules, closely held and guided by Rita. Whether you are stepping into this path for the first time or deepening an already unfolding journey, the teachings are designed to meet you exactly where you are — offering support through all seasons of life, both personal and professional. Once the journey is complete, the teachings remain available as a lifelong resource to return to again and again.

In addition, monthly live 3-hour group sessions with Rita will continue beyond the 6-month training — offering an ongoing space for reflection, activation, and shared integration. Those who complete the course are warmly invited to remain part of the living field of teachings and continue walking alongside others on this path.

Prayer and Daily Practice

All participants are welcomed into a private WhatsApp group, where Geshe Lama Ahbay Tulku Rinpoche holds prayer and presence with the group. He frequently chants with his monks, dedicating their daily mantra practice to those inside the circle — including personal requests for healing and blessings.

This space becomes a living current of connection and intention — a container for subtle support and shared devotion.

Inside the member’s area, we also work with three core mantras. These are offered as part of the sacred study — not to be memorised, but to be absorbed, repeated, and lived. Through resonance, the frequency of each mantra begins to integrate into your own breath, heart, and being.

Ceremony as Relationship

Rita also offers additional teachings inside the course to support your conscious relationship with ceremonial tools — including feathers, palo santo, and other sacred elements often used in healing and prayer work.

These are not taught as techniques to be performed, but as pathways into reverence. Each tool becomes a bridge — a way of relating to what is unseen, and tending to the subtle field of energy with care.

The Path of Beauty

This training weaves together Vajrayana Buddhist White Tantric techniques with teachings from various master plant traditions — crafting a deep and grounded foundation for those called to walk with integrity. At its heart, this work is alchemical: it supports the purification of inner and outer life, and awakens the capacity to serve with light, clarity, and presence.

Rita shares teachings on Cosmic Law, Dharma, Karma, and the Esoteric Solar and Ageless Wisdom — not as dogma, but as living principles that shape how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. Participants are invited to practice non-judgement, energetic discernment, and spacious compassion — qualities that ripple into all areas of life.

For the last 30 years I have studied and practiced Ageless Wisdom Teachings, Solar Philosophy, Esoteric Psychology, whilst working with various Master Plant Teachers; supporting more than twenty thousand people worldwide. In these unprecedented times of awakening, many are experiencing a mix of inspiration and unease, feeling both the connection to the Great Spirit and concern for our planet's future due to the collapsing old paradigm.

Whats Included:

Join an existing community of over 250 members from around the world who have walked this sacred path — and step into a new mandala of participants forming for our upcoming live cohort beginning in September. This 6-month immersive training offers over 60 hours of transmission and teaching, shared across 12 in-depth modules, released rhythmically throughout the journey. 

Upon registration, you’ll receive immediate access to the first 2 modules to begin laying the foundation. Then, from October through February, two new modules will be released each month in the private members' area, accompanied by supporting practices, reflections, and curated materials.

Each month, you’ll also be invited to a 3-hour live session with Rita, offering real-time guidance, energetic attunement, and space for deep Q&A. These sessions are followed by a Somatic Light Body Meditation to support embodiment and integration. All content is available in both video and MP3 format, offering full flexibility in how you engage. Even after the 6-month journey concludes, you’ll be warmly welcomed into the ongoing monthly live calls, allowing you to remain connected to the field and deepen with the teachings over time.

As a special invitation, participants in this cohort will also have access to a private 3-day retreat in 2026, held exclusively for those walking this path.

Upon registration, you'll be granted exclusive entry to our distinguished members' area. You will have immediate access to all course modules, expertly curated watch lists, reading recommendations, and a rich array of supplementary materials.
 

Every student is invited to our mid-month live discourse with Rita. These sessions serve as a vital touchpoint, offering an avenue to connect with Rita and fellow students around the world. Rita's personal guidance during these calls offer lively Q&A interactions and supportive dialogues that resonate with your course learning. Each gathering culminates in a guided somatic light body meditation.
 

While attendance for these live sessions is optional, we encourage active participation. To facilitate your planning, we announce the session dates well in advance. For those unable to attend in real-time, the recorded discourse will be promptly made available in the members' area the subsequent day, ensuring you can engage at a time that suits you best.

About Rita Hraiz

SHAMANIC TEACHER OF AGELESS WISDOM

Rita Hraiz is a grandmother from Glastonbury UK, as well as a visionary artist, clothes designer for Mudra and has been a respected student of Ageless Wisdom, Solar Philosophy, Shamanism and Esoteric Psychology for the last 30 years. She has internationally held Dharmakaya Retreats for the last 17 years carrying these ancient teachings to sacred lands. Her circles provide a clear sanctuary space, giving many an opportunity to really anchor into their own divinity.

Through her innate understanding of White Tantra and the Science of Kundalini, Mahamudra and The Dharmakaya she inspires individuals to access their own intuitive body wisdom. Rita’s art is an expression of her kundalini awakening, meditations and inner vision connection to the plant teachers.
