PREPARING FOR THE CEREMONY

Important information:

No prior experience is required for a Sacred Plant Ceremony, only to enter with respect, open mind, pure heart and your intention.

It is recommended that you keep a light diet on the day of the ceremony.

The plant extract contains a low percent of alcohol, like a herbal extract or Flower Essence, the dose used will be very small but please let me know if you cannot consume alcohol at all.

Please check for any contraindication with your medications or let me know.

Please inform me prior the ceremony if you are pregnant, you will be able to attend but not consume the plant internally, you can still work with the Spirit of the Plant very effectively and connect to it through the sense of smell.

Please keep from consuming alcohol on the day and night of the ceremony.

Blue Lotus (Nymphaea Caerulea), a Water Lilly that grew on the banks of the Nile, was sacred and held in deep reverence by the ancient Egyptians for its medicinal and spiritual qualities.
