Summer Solstice Sound Bath & Cacao

Welcoming you to a joyful Summer Solstice Sound Bath & Cacao!

I’m being joined again by the amazing Anna Robertshaw and her beautiful Crystal singing bowls.

When planning this even the word that I was being given so strongly was joyful.

What sparks joy in you?

With this in mind my intentions for this event is to offer you a fun and relaxing evening with embodiment practices through dance to help activate the Cacao before we move in to some floor based Yoga to transition in to the Sound Bath.

How the event runs…

We’ll begin the event by introductions and opening the space before drinking the sacred Cacao and set setting intentions.

There will be an invitation to dance and move to help activate the Cacao, before I guide you through a short floor based Restorative Yoga practice, transitioning you with beautiful connection to your body in to the Sound Bath.

We’ll then snuggle in to our nests as Anna guides us through the Sound Journey for around one hour.

We’ll close the evening with some gentle grounding and and the opportunity to share anything should you feel called and comfortable to.

Everything is an invitation with no pressure to join anything should you wish to just chill.

I recommend not doing much afterwards and allowing time to integrate.

Please bring:
Please bring a padded mat, blanket or sleeping bag, pillow and bottle of water. I recommend wearing something warm and comfortable as you’ll be laying for a while.

I recommend not eating anything 2-3 hours before the event to help get the most from the Cacao.

Please note: It’s recommended that people taking SSRI’s and heart medication do not drink the Cacao in medicinal doses such as this, as it can have a stimulant effect, but your welcome to come and enjoy the rest of the offering.
