A journey back to your breath, your body, and your natural rhythm.
This 90-minute experience blends conscious connected breathwork and immersive sound healing to help you release tension, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect with your inner flow.
We begin by activating the breath, opening energetic pathways and creating space within. Through guided patterns and gentle breath holds, you’ll be invited to move through emotional layers and let go of what no longer serves.
As your system settles into openness, we transition into a soothing soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding tones designed to calm the nervous system and guide you into deep rest and receptivity. 🧘♀️🔔
This session is for anyone seeking clarity, realignment, and a deeper connection to self.

Breathwork Guidelines 🌿
Please avoid participating in breathwork if you have any of the following:
Pregnancy, asthma, serious heart conditions (including a history of heart attacks)
Glaucoma, high blood pressure, detached retina, psychosis, epilepsy, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia
Recent mental health hospitalisations, severe PTSD, or emotional crises in the past 10 years
Osteoporosis, history of strokes or seizures, family history of aneurysms, or chronic illness
Intolerance to low oxygen, cancer, impulse control issues, hypoglycaemia, diabetes, or on blood thinners
Recent use of alcohol, drugs, or psychedelics within 24 hours, or fasting for more than 12 hours
If you have depression, chronic anxiety, or bipolar disorder, please consult with a healthcare provider before joining. Always ensure you're in a clear, balanced state for breathwork.
