Part 1 - Sensual Twerk

Daisy will guide you on a juicy journey where you will nurture the connection to yourself and your body and cultivate your sexual energy through Twerking & Whining.

You will learn FLOOR WHINING (yes!), popping, dropping & ticking techniques, with a focus on Tantric Twerking to support you to feel embodied in your sensuality.

Part 2 - Strip Tease

Strip Tease is all about honouring your body and pleasure. If you feel good and confident you will shine when you tease.

You are in control of the audience. Where you draw attention they will look, and when you pause... they wait. It's a liberating artform that has multiple layers.

Louise will guide you through some Burlesque style emodiment practices to connect with your body and the sensations that can arise during the dance.

Then onto a striptease cheoro (actual strip optional - you can keep on as many clothes as you like!) including body language techinques, combined with some technical burlesque moves to captivate an audience, whether this is for a partner or on the stage.

YOUR TWERK TEACHER:

Daisy is a self-love, embodiment and female pleasure & sexuality coach - her background is in Burlesque and she is a certified Twerk After Work™ instructor, certified Layla Martin VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship Coach and a trauma-informed facilitator.

She works holistically to help people to bring unconditional self-love to themselves through self-intimacy and embodiment and educate people about sexuality to support them to live their most pleasurable, orgasmic lives!

She works with people on a somatic level, using deep integration through feeling into the body-mind, sensual movement, burlesque and twerking to awaken and liberate sexual energy and to free themselves of any conditionings or beliefs that aren’t serving them.

She empowers people to show up as their truest, most authentic selves and to connect to and love their beautiful bodies!

Her own personal journey involves overcoming 7 years of eating disorders, low self esteem and negative body image through lots of inner work and therapy, burlesque, tantra, yoga, meditation and women’s circles.

On this journey she healed my relationship to food, reclaimed her body back from the conditionings that we are not good enough as we are, liberated her sexuality from shame and went from feeling disconnected to loving her body unconditionally. Daisy is devoted to guide other women to reclaim their bodies, their sexual power and most expansive pleasure and release sexual shame.

YOUR BURLESQUE TEACHER:

Louise is an energetic teacher who loves to be a mix of silly and light-hearted to set the tone for people to come as they are. Everglowing started in 2022 with the purpose of bringing women together to learn, explore and perform Traditional and Neo-Burlesque in Bristol.

After co-running cabarets in Exeter under ‘The Dead Dolls’ in 2017 – 2019, she wanted to bring her knowledge and passion as a Burlesque choreographer and performer to teach others the powerful artform. In the hope of creating a supportive community where people could feel safe to express being sexual and sensual to empower them inside and out of the classroom.

She's passionate about guiding people to feel their authentic selves in a non-competitive environment. Providing movement, performance and choreography techniques throughout her classes and encouraging women to follow their innate intuition.

A year later she hosts 3 weekly classes with 40 students most of which had never attended a dance class prior. 22 of these students have performed in 4 different cabarets, with future opportunities on the horizon.
