Creative Workshop: Colour Theory

In this workshop, we will dive into the fundamentals of colour theory by creating our own colour wheels. Through playful experimentation with paint, you’ll learn how to blend colours and discover which shades harmonise. This session will give you practical techniques and a deeper understanding of how colour can be used expressively in your creative practice.

All materials are provided, you are invited to bring your own materials if you prefer.

These creative workshops are a fun, safe space for beginners to experiment, play and explore creative outlets through mediums such as; painting, collage, printing, journaling, crafts and drawing. The aim is to give people the opportunity to learn new creative techniques and to allow people to find new modes of creative expression to aid emotional regulation and wellbeing.

All abilities are welcome, you don’t need any prior experience.
