A Letting Go Ritual for Blocked Emotions...

Using the wisdom of moon cycles for guidance and inspiration, Dominique will tap into monthly themes for deep healing and help us to explore them with the potent therapeutic tool of Emotional Freedom Technique, which combines the meridian energy system with talking therapy and other tools to release trauma and shift difficult emotions.

This is a regular offering for anyone who wants to develop self care practices and learn therapeutic tools, build nourishing connections and honour ritual and the power of moon cycles for emotional clearing. There will also be time to share snacks and reflections.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:

Dominique Antonina is a qualified practitioner in Emotional Freedom Techniques, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Reiki and coaching. Her focus is on empowering others to find healthier ways to heal core issues, with acceptance and awareness of oneself. She has facilitated the successful “psychedelics and the shadow” workshops at the psychedelic society alongise her one on one work with clients which focuses on childhood wounds.
