Experience Kundalini Yoga at The Twelfth House , Walthamstow, in an intimate and safe setting.
My Kundalini Yoga classes offer a safe, intimate space for nurturing the body, connecting with the soul, and integrating mind, body, and spirit. They are clear, accessible, and beginner-friendly- with plenty of space for integration between postures and intention setting. My mission is to guide you to heal the physical and emotional impacts of anxiety and to support your self love journey.
I will guide you through a transformative practice that will promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Align your energy centres, release blockages, and cultivate inner peace. You can expect breathwork, meditation, mantra and yoga kriyas during your class.
