🌟 Maracatu Dance Workshops with Ángeles Montero Fiallo – ONLINE! 🌟

We’re thrilled to invite you to a unique online Maracatu dance series led by the incredible Ángeles Montero Fiallo – founder and choreographer of Afon Sistema dancers! 🌺🪘
Now based in Portugal, Ángeles is bringing her powerful choreographies straight to your home over 6 weekly sessions. Whether you're a returning dancer or new to the rhythm of Maracatu, this is your chance to connect, learn, and DANCE with the Afon family.
🎶 The aim?
To learn some of Ángeles' signature pieces and, if you feel ready, parade with Afon Sistema at their gigs this summer! 💃

📅 Wednesdays · 7:00–8:00pm (UK time)
🗓️ 14 May, 21 May, 28 May, 4 June, 11 June, 18 June
📍 Online (Zoom link provided after booking)
💸 Price:
£10 drop-in · £50 block of 6
📍 Special in-person finale!
🎉 There will be a final in-person workshop in Bristol on Saturday 21st June with the band!
This session will be longer than an hour and a great opportunity to dance together in person.
