A 2 Part Somatic Workshop to restore and reconnect.
Learn to feel safe and empowered with your body. Practice being with the body, listening to it’s wisdom and letting the body lead. We will tune into the blocks and barriers that are holding them back from their potential and purpose and develop stronger embodied boundaries in order to live more in alignment with your authenticity.
This workshop is for:
- Sensitive overthinkers who yearn to feel more embodied and grounded
- Anxious souls who are fed up of feeling flighty and want to feel more settled in their nervous system
- Those yearning to have a deeper connection to their bodies wisdom.
