Root&Star

Root&Star is a nature and creative inspired circle to connect and re:kindle your relationship to the natural world and your inner wisdom.

 It invites you to connect into your embodied presence, expression and root&star ecologies. Within these sessions we will explore a weaving of embodiment art-making, meditation, storytelling and ritual. Each circle will be slightly different depending on themes and weaving of practices.

This circle will support you to :

• Connect and express your inner & outer ecology
• Deeply reconnect with nature and your cyclical rhythms.
• Re:root into your inner wisdom and guidance
• Build a sense of community as we share and strengthen our tender resilience together.
• Supported creative & embodied practice

About your Facilitator

Sarah Joy Louise : the Earth Therapist

I have developed a therapeutic approach that invites you to connect with yourself and the natural world. This practice is rooted in the understanding that we have lost balance with nature—and, as a result, with ourselves. The spaces I create are designed to help you deeply remember and reconnect yourself and the wisdom of nature.

I offer both online and in-person sessions at Wilderness Woods in Buxted, East Sussex. My commitment is to provide safe, supportive environments where you can drop into your body, breath, expression, and connection. In these spaces we explore nature connection, embodied practices and integrative art process.
