Honouring Ancient Ways: A Six-Week Journey into Conscious Death and Cultural Regeneration
This six-week introductory course invites you to honour ancient perspectives, practices, and ways of being around death. Together, we will enter a prayerful and grounded container for the regeneration of culture around conscious death in our modern times.
As the threshold of death continues to evolve within the Western psyche, we are offered a profound opportunity to reconnect with origin cultures and to walk the path of right relationship with both life and death.
Eartha and Hannah will be your guides on this journey — a ceremony for the inner planes of consciousness, interwoven with practical offerings to bring beauty, presence, and sacred care to the dying and the bereaved.
Course Outline
6th November — The Path of the Mystic
Exploring the wisdom of traditional cultures and their relationship with death, and how these timeless teachings can guide our modern world.
13th November — The Map of the Soul’s Evolution
Understanding death as a central force in the soul’s journey of transformation and renewal.
20th November — The Holy Grief of the Bereaved
Honouring the sacred nature of grief and how it opens the heart to deeper love and connection.
27th November — Resurrection Rites and Conscious Death
Exploring practices that recognise death not as an end, but as a passage into new life and expanded consciousness.
4th December — Death Rites and the Art of Tending
An introduction to ancestral and contemporary practices that bring beauty and sacred care to the dying and the bereaved.
11th December — Integration and Reflection
A closing circle for questions, sharing, and integration of the teachings and experiences from our journey together.
This course is a collaboration between The Sacred Death Centre, Eartha, and Hannah, offered in service to the regeneration of conscious culture around death and dying.
The full value of the course is £144, but we are offering it at a 50% discounted rate of £77 to make it more accessible.
If you are in a position of abundance and feel called to contribute the full amount, or any amount in between, your offering will be gratefully received and will help support others to attend.

Hannah Graceful Dawn - Shamaic Practitioner - templeofgracefuldawn.com
About Hannah…
Hannah Graceful Dawn is a Shamanka who has studied Rites of Passage in depth for over 27 years, weaving her learning with a profound journey of personal healing and a return to belonging through indigenous pathways.
Mentored by indigenous grandmothers and trained as a shamanic practitioner in a variety of techniques — including death and dying practices — Hannah brings deep reverence and authenticity to her work.
Together with her twin sister, she runs a school where Shamanism meets Devotion, serving the sacred thresholds of life and death.
Hannah is also a carrier of the Path of the Myrrhbearers — the ancient lineage of women who tend to the dying and hold rites of passage with Sacred Oils. Through her Myrraphore School, The Temple of the Myrrh Bearers Avalon, based in Glastonbury, she continues this devotional work.
Born of Druidic Welsh bloodlines on the holy island of Ynys Môn (Anglesey), Hannah is reclaiming the ancient knowledge of the Swan Priestesses and the Drui Anointing Oils.
Now living in Avalon, Hannah is honoured to serve as a trustee for the Sacred Death Centre in Glastonbury. Most recently, she has returned to India to deepen her studies in traditional Tantra Yoga, supporting her own conscious death process and continued embodiment of these teachings.

About Earth …
If I were to put a name to myself, I would say I am a mother and a mystic, devoted to ministering love through service and embodied resurrection, the continual becoming of our truest selves.
For over 30 years, I have walked the healing path, training and teaching in shamanic practices alongside indigenous grandmothers, shamans, and medicine women, with a particular focus on the Andean tradition.
Shamanism is integrated medicine — it unites the psyche, restores balance, and brings healing to both the seen and unseen realms. It is energy medicine and, by its very nature, trauma-informed. These practices are powerful tools for healing trauma, restoring wellbeing, and nurturing mental health.
From this lifelong journey, I have developed my own healing modality — Soul Mending — an evolved practice of devotion, heart-centred tending, and the sacred recovery of wholeness.
