I will be hosting monthly 2-hour long Sunday evening yoga immersions. This will be a space to  nurture yourself through  gentle asana followed by relaxing breath work leading into a guided relaxation (yoga nidra) then heart opening chanting with the harmonium leading into a short meditation to close.  There will then be tea and treats to share. 

All are welcome and no experience of yoga or chanting is required. Just your presence!
