Beneath the wise branches of our ancient oak guardian, ‘Olive’ 🌳, we gather to honour the Autumn Equinox 🌗 — a sacred moment of balance between light and dark, reflection and growth.
This retreat is a celebration of the harvest in our hearts and lives — a time to reconnect with your inner wisdom, honour your journey, and receive the blessings of healing.
I’m thrilled to be joined by Nicola Graham of IKIGAI Therapy ✨ Nicola is a mystic, energy healer, Reiki Master, psychic, medium, and an experienced mBIT coach whose gifts shine through in everything she does. Nicola will lead a nourishing Inner Light Meditation and offer Reiki during the sound journey — supporting release, balance, and connection to your inner light.
