Pleasure for the People presents:
Community Self Pleasure Practice
“Change the way you masturbate change your life” - Joseph Kramer.
This is a space to explore pleasure - eudaimonic pleasure - pleasure that promotes meaning, growth and well being for ourselves, in community. As we practice we create new neural pathways for more pleasure-led in bodies and lives.
The facilitator will guide a grounding and intention setting/sharing followed by an open space for your own pleasure research with community reflections to end your experience.
This event is online and from the comfort of your own home. Please bring; a way to play music, hydration, cosy shit, toys, oils & anything else you might use in your pleasure practice.
Due to the intimate nature of our practices at Pleasure for the People there is an application form you'll be sent upon purchasing your ticket. Or you can apply here: https://forms.gle/ik1zmcDWLXMDdAUS7 One you've applied we will then be in touch with tickets you can purchase for this event. The ticket is £22.00 for this practice.
This practice is hosted by Tegan:
Tegan (she/her) is a trauma-informed sex and relationship therapist, somatic sexologist, sexological bodyworker & the community oriented founder of Pleasure for the People Ltd. Tegan lives and breathes this work professionally and personally and has strong foundations in creative relating & communication, somatic community, conscious kink, sex positivity, sexploration, trauma integration, erotic embodiment and expression.
Tegan believes sexuality is universal and extremely personal and it is only you who can truly discover yourself. She loves providing spaces where you'll have the freedom and agency to tune into your own internal wisdom to uncover who you truly are, what you feel, what you want and what you may need to get there.
Tegan has a therapeutic, somatic and process oriented approach and works creatively with visualisation, imagination and the intelligence of your body. Tegan is moved to bring this work to relationships, individuals and groups that desire to know themselves in this way.
