About The Event
Step into a transformative space where Jungian psychology meets the ancient wisdom of Tantra, woven together through the power of somatic movement. This workshop is an invitation to explore the unconscious mind through the body, using movement, breath, and deep presence to tap into your most authentic self.
In today’s world, we often live in our minds—analyzing, planning, and controlling. But what happens when we allow the body to speak? Through Tantric practices, we awaken the senses, release stored emotions, and return to the innate wisdom within.
This experience is designed to awaken the feminine essence—the energy of intuition, creativity, and fluidity. In Tantra, this is known as Shakti—the raw, expressive, sensual life force that dances through us. However, in a world that often prioritizes structure, logic, and control (the masculine, or Shiva), we can become disconnected from our own embodied wisdom. This workshop will guide you back to balance, allowing both energies to coexist in harmony.
Through somatic movement, Tantric breathwork, and guided practices, you will reconnect with the primal intelligence of your body, awaken your sensuality, and step into full-bodied presence.
This is a queer and neurodivergent-friendly space, welcoming all who seek deeper embodiment, self-expression, and connection.
What to Expect
🌿 Sensory Awakening Ritual
We begin by dropping into the senses—soft candlelight, rich scents, and grounding techniques to bring you into presence. Through breath, visualization, and intention-setting, we’ll create a sacred space for exploration.
🌬 Tantric Breathwork
Guided breathwork to activate energy, clear emotional blockages, and create space within the body. Using deep, rhythmic breathing, we’ll move stagnant energy and prepare for deeper somatic release.
🧘 Somatic Movement & Dance
Through intuitive movement, we allow the body to express what words cannot. Inspired by Jungian active imagination, we engage in free-flowing dance, moving through different archetypes—softness, wildness, surrender, power. Music guides us through a dynamic range of emotions, unlocking layers of stored tension and unspoken truths.
🌀 Tantric Practices: Embracing the Feminine
We explore Tantric techniques designed to awaken the senses—touch, breath, and movement—connecting deeper to pleasure, intuition, and presence. This is about reclaiming the joy of embodiment, allowing energy to flow freely through the body.
🧘♀️ Closing Meditation & Integration
A guided meditation to anchor the experience, allowing the nervous system to absorb the shifts and settle into deep stillness.
💫 Sharing Circle
We end the experience in community, sharing reflections over herbal tea, holding space for integration and connection.
