At Warrior & Wild, Days Mill, Fountain St Nailsworth, GL6 8HR

A 75 minute session to relax, reset and take time for yourself as we draw into Spring and only a couple of days before the Virgo full moon!

We will start with some gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into a long rest, accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.

All welcome, no experience necessary.
