Calling all men – come and get empowered to share more of who you are with a supportive community!
Our next meeting is on Sunday, December 10 (from 7:00 - 8:30 pm, UK time), and it's hosted by Daniel Simpson and Matthew Green. You can find out more here.
To summarise what to expect:
- Each session has a theme, which we discuss at the start
- We then split into smaller groups to explore our responses
- There will also be a brief meditation to help us get grounded
- We end by sharing what we’ve learned with the broader group
We're continually surprised by the ways in which speaking and listening sincerely can help people change.
As we open up to others, new possibilities start to emerge. Come and experience what it’s like to support – and be supported by – other men!
