It is with much joy & excitement to share the knowledge & wisdom received from over half a decade of conscious transformative gatherings & community building.
Opening our doors to a small group of mentees, we will be sharing the full spectrum of essential skills necessary for creating successful events.
Joined by some friends & guest speakers we will embark on a voyage of self growth & event production discovery.
Taking all the lessons from our successes & mistakes, to give you a head start when it comes to fulfilling on your mission, vision & impact that you wish for the world.
Receive 1-1 support, guidance & the accountability of a group coaching system as your harvest the relevant knowledge or actually incubate/launch your own gatherings.

1-1 coaching sessions
As you begin this mentorship programme you will receive a 1-1 initial consultation call with Nathan. This will be an opportunity for us to dive into your goals, purpose, vision & provide the foundation for tailored support throughout the following 6 weeks.
If you are currently incubating an idea, in the process of launching an event or are already running events alongside the programme, this will provide a fantastic opportunity for gentle guidance, holding, support & personalised mentorship throughout.
At the end of the 6 weeks, you will receive a 1-1 closing call to discuss your biggest lessons, growth points, commitments & priorities moving forward with the hope of setting you up with the best chances to succeed on your mission.
About Your Facilitator
Nathan Gallagher
Nathan is the founder of Lovejam Community & is a Transformational Breathwork® facilitator. He has been organising & promoting his own events since the age of 15. His speciality lies in bringing people together, nurturing community & bringing joyful, inspiring experiences to the world. He is a musician, lover of humans, nature, adventure & stepping out of his comfort zone. Over the last decade, Nathan has been instrumental in organising a diverse range of gatherings such as small festivals, large scale (1000-2000 person) festivals, weekend long retreats, day retreats, sober parties, warehouse raves, educational workshops, holistic wellness workshops, charity gatherings, live music events, ceremonies & more.
