Are you ready to take control of your stress and bring calm into your life? Mindfulness offers a simple yet profound way to train your mind to stay in the present moment. In our busy world, it’s easy to get lost in thoughts—studies show we spend nearly half of our day caught up in worries or regrets. But what if you could free yourself from that cycle?

In this 8-week course, you’ll learn proven techniques to bring your focus back to the present, helping you shift away from stress, anxiety, and overthinking. Through mindfulness meditation and practical exercises, you’ll gain the tools to change your relationship with your thoughts, allowing you to experience life with more clarity, peace, and joy.

When we live fully in the present, we can break free from limiting patterns. Old habits fade, and new possibilities emerge—replacing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm with mental calm, improved well-being, and deeper fulfilment.

What You’ll Experience in Each Session:
Every session includes a talk on the week's topic,  guided meditations, and a chance to share your own experiences if you wish. Plus, you’ll receive guided meditation recordings to be practiced  at home.

About Sion:
Sion in a meditation and yoga teacher from Wales, he has travelled the world learning to teach and train yoga and mindfulness in India, Nepal, Portugal and Germany. He is a qualified mindfulness teacher and is trained by the renowned ZenWays team

Course Investment:
£180 for the full 8 weeks, including home practice guided meditations. Payment plans are available, as well as two partially-funded scholarships. Contact me for more details.
