Movement and Cacao

Come and join us for a heart-opening evening of Movement & Cacao 🤎

We'll gather in the beautiful Unitarian Church on Ullet Road, a space that invites with warmth, intention, and heartfelt connection.

Together, we’ll journey home to ourselves through Cacao, Movement, Music, and Meditation.

We’ll open the evening by arriving together as a group, connecting with the medicine of cacao, setting our intentions and allowing the body to move freely, guided by sound. We’ll finish with a grounding meditation to help integrate the experience. ❤️

Please Bring:

• A bottle of water
• Your favourite cup if you’d like your cacao served in it (eco-friendly paper cups will also be provided 🤎)
• Comfortable clothing for movement, and for sitting or lying on the floor
• A cushion or blanket to help you settle into the guided meditations at the beginning and end ❤️
