Movement and Cacao

You’re warmly invited to an evening of Heart-Opening Movement & Cacao 🤎 in honour of the Autumn Equinox.

As the seasons begin to shift, we’ll gather in community to honour balanced expression—through movement, stillness, music, and meaningful connection.

Join us on Saturday, 20th September in the beautiful Unitarian Church on Ullet Road, a space that invites presence, warmth, and reflection. ✨

We’ll begin by arriving together as a group, opening the space with a grounding meditation, and connecting with the heart-opening medicine of cacao. With our intentions set, we’ll move into embodied, intuitive movement, guided by sound—and held by a special live vocal performance to invite deeper self-expression.

We’ll close with a visualised meditation to gently integrate the experience, bringing you home to your centre.

This nourishing evening is lovingly offered by The Good Space – with more soulful gatherings to come.
