Kundalini yoga is a technology which uses breath, dynamic movements, mantra and postures to move the energy through the bodymind, expanding your energy field whilst purifying the subconscious mind, helping you to let go of emotions, trauma, limiting beliefs and negative thoughts in the mind. 

It brings great stillness to the mind for a deep sense of inner peace, builds resilience and a greater capacity in the nervous system as well as grounding you through your mind and body. It will help you let go of the attachment of the limited mind so you can start to build a relationship with your expanded self. This enhances intuition and a greater trust in life where you can let go, feel supported by life, and  feel more grace, ease and contentment.
