Movement Embodiment & Floating Hammocks
An hour-long journey into the intelligence of your body
This isn’t about perfect moves, rigid sequences, or getting it right. It’s about waking up to the natural rhythm within you—using movement and breath to activate energy, shift patterns, and explore new possibilities.
We begin by tapping into the body’s wisdom through intuitive, embodied movement—moving not from the mind, but from a place of deep connection and curiosity. A chance to listen, feel, and respond, rather than control. Through breath and sensation-led movement, you’ll explore how energy moves through you, unlocking a new sense of fluidity and freedom.
Then, we soften. We surrender into aerial hammocks for deep recalibration, allowing everything to settle and integrate. A full-body exhale.

Why combine movement & floating hammocks?
- For the mind – Movement creates a bridge between awareness and action, rewiring old patterns and opening new possibilities. As the body moves, the mind follows, allowing for deeper clarity and a sense of expansion.
- For the body – Intuitive movement restores mobility, fluidity, and connection to your body’s natural rhythms, releasing built-up tension and improving overall vitality. The hammocks then support full-body relaxation, promoting deep rest and restoration.
- For the breath – Breath is both the guide and the anchor. Moving with the breath allows for greater oxygenation, a release of stagnant energy, and a deeper connection to your life force. The stillness in the hammocks helps integrate and deepen this connection.
- For the nervous system – This session offers a full reset. Movement activates and releases stored energy, while the gentle cocoon of the hammocks shifts you into deep relaxation, allowing your nervous system to regulate and find balance.
No previous experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore new possibilities.

Preparation for the session
Avoid eating and caffeine 1.5 hours before this session.
Wear comfortable, warm clothes – it can get a bit cold.
Note - Please arrive 10 minutes before the session. Due to the nature of the event, doors will strictly close at 6.30 pm.

Hey, I'm Liza Al Sady, founder of We The Conscious. After 15 years in the corporate grind, feeling stressed and overwhelmed, I turned to alternative wellness therapies to confront and heal my trauma. This journey led me to discover the transformative power of Breathwork, which has profoundly changed my life and path.
In 2022, as Head of Well-being for a leading Education Recruitment Agency in the UK, I introduced breathwork and mindfulness to colleagues across the country, witnessing its impact on stress and anxiety management firsthand. This experience fuelled my passion to spread the benefits of breathwork wider, inspiring the creation of We The Conscious. Here, we are dedicated to empowering you with breathwork tools for a more mindful and conscious lifestyle.
As a qualified Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach, trained under the guidance of JP Crimi, my mission is to make breathwork accessible to everyone, supporting you to lead a life aligned with intention and conscious living.
