Traditional Temazcal with Huitzomitl, Kundalini Meditation & Gong

Following a beautiful community experience in October we are back once again with our second temazcal offering. 

Temazcal translates to house of heat or house of steam. A temazcal ceremony is a sweat lodge and is used as a purification ceremony in Mexican, Lakota and other traditions. The temazcal will be run by indigenous Mexican tribesman Huitzomitl who comes from generations of temazcal facilitators. 

Temazcal ceremonies cleanse the body of toxins and impurities and the effects can also be deeply healing for the spirit. 

This experience is for everyone – seasoned sweatlodge goers and first timers alike. We will support your self activation, and hold you to push beyond your boundaries, if you wish to. Huitzomitl is committed to honouring the purity of his tradition while at the same time introducing the principles to newcomers in a gentle way. We want you to enjoy it!
