The sense of brotherhood, of being seen, heard and understood by other men that comes from being in a supportive and understanding space with other men is incredibly powerful.
It has a profound impact on the men in the circle, and on our relationships and ultimately the communities we live in. It teaches us to show up in our lives, to be resilient when it is needed, to be soft when it is needed, and to be able to discern between the two.
These regular circles offer a space where men can drop the need to be “ok” all the time and instead speak truthfully about what's really going on, the highs and the lows.
★★★★★ "I only understand now how powerful it can be for growth to be surrounded by a group of truly supportive men. Conor created a space that felt safe, calm, authentic and supportive"
It’s a space to find mutual support, honesty, and genuine male friendship with depth. It will also be light, funny and relaxed.
This circle is for men who want authentic connection with themselves and others, and all the benefits that brings.
What We Explore
Each monthly gathering begins with a traditional men's circle – a time to land together, share what's alive for you, and listen deeply to one another.
From there, we explore whatever themes emerge and feel live in the group field. These might include:
- Relationships: things we’re struggling with or enjoying.
- Purpose: how connected we feel to our sense of purpose and contribution
- Life Changes: career transitions, relationship shifts, births, deaths, moving home
- Authentic Masculinity: what it means to be a man
- Sex: the pleasures and the challenges
- Intimacy and Vulnerability: feeling the wisdom of our feelings instead of disconnecting from them.
The inquiries emerge organically from what's present in the group each month. We will follow and explore from a space of inquiry, embodiment, personal experience and the wisdom that comes from hearing about the experience of others.
The Space
This is not therapy, though it may be therapeutic. This is not coaching, though I expect insights and clarity often will emerge.
We use a combination of sharing circles, guided inquiry, brief embodied practices, and the simple but powerful act of witnessing one another.
★★★★★ "Conor holds a powerful space for brotherhood" - John S
What to Expect
Each 90-minute session follows a similar structure:
- Opening Circle: We land together and share what's present for each man
- Short Break
- Themed Inquiry: We explore whatever topic is alive in the group that month using breakout rooms in smaller groups for each person to have more time to go deep.
- Harvesting and Integration: We bring together insights and potential commitments or actions
- Close
You don't need to prepare anything. You don't need to have answers. You just need to show up as you are and be willing to be real about where you're at.
You might be navigating a major life transition, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, wanting to step up in your life, or simply looking for deeper male connection.
★★★★★ "I feel like I have become part of a tribe of incredible brothers. It has been such a powerful experience to listen, share, reflect and learn and I have grown because of this. Conor has an incredible energy about him and held the space for the group in a profound and magical way. I am truly grateful" - Charlie W
