NEW BRISTOL BOOK CLUB

A Book Club designed to increase personal development to support your leadership and work performance.

Join us on 10th June where we will be discussing James Clear's ATOMIC HABITS (over 15 million copies sold worldwide)!

Building small consistent steps towards being a better person and better human, this book - Atomic Habits - helps to develop on the success of your personality by guiding you to create small habits and changes, working towards being 1% better every day.

“ I love this book because we often, at times, have an internal knot within our psychology where we want to change things about ourselves - for example: a fear of public speaking, relationship with money, low self esteem, or challenges with our leadership ability.

We know we want to untie this internal knot but struggle to loosen it.

This books helps to make micro adjustments to your personality and implement habits on a daily basis, helping to shift the really hard things you might find difficult.”

Join us on 10th June, where we will open up discussions on ourselves, our habits, our internal knots, and how best to move forward to success.

See you there!

- James

Praise for ATOMIC HABITS by James Clear

  • “A supremely practical and useful book. James Clear distills the most fundamental information about habit formation, so you can accomplish more by focusing on less.”—Mark Manson, #1 New York Times best-selling author

  • “One of my all-time favourite books.” —Arianna Huffington, Founder, Huffington Post & Thrive Global

On Amazon, this book has 158, 153 ratings averaging 4.6 stars! Here’s what some reviewers say about ATOMIC HABITS:

  • "Amazing book, every family should read this book, is full of wisdom and clarity and is the kay to success in life, with out this view you can't get a business and a happy family."— Ramona Claudia Bodea

  • “This book opened my mind to have a completely new vision about money. Many Thanks Morgan! Great Job." — Isnayder Candido

  • “I don’t work in financial services so I bought this to get a different perspective on my own economic situation at a time when I have a few choices in front of me about which path I take next in mid-life. In view of that, it was pretty illuminating, taking a common sense all-round approach to the decisions we take about money. Being ‘financially unbreakable’, playing the percentages and allowing for luck and a margin of safety are a few takeaways, as well as the concept of real wealth - the value of your own time v chasing extra money you don’t need. I hope that those in financial services do read this as it can only help them offer the right kind of advice to their clients. It’s a well edited book with short, intriguingly titled chapters and anecdotes adding colour, making it accessible and relatable." — Paul
