Earth Circle

Earth Circles are gently held group sessions that invite you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported by the natural world around you. Each gathering offers a space to breathe out, soften, and come home to yourself,just as you are.

Each Earth Circle gently guides you through a rhythm of connection and expression.
We begin in a shared circle : landing together with a simple check-in and grounding practice, creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.

From there, we move into a creative process, using art materials to explore what’s alive for you, without pressure or expectation. No need to be 'good at art' this is about curiosity, expression, and noticing what unfolds.

We then step into the woods, letting the forest hold us. Through gentle walking, sensing, and resting among the trees, we invite the natural world to steady and support us learning to listen, regulate, and return to ourselves.

These sessions are about growing self-trust, finding your own rhythm, and remembering the quiet wisdom of your body and the land.

No experience needed. Come as you are. All are welcome.
