A 75 minute session to relax, reset and take time for yourself as we draw into the New Year. After the business of the festive season, we take some time to simply be before we head into 2026.

We will start with some gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into a long rest, accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.

All welcome, no experience necessary.
