Come and deepen your connection with the plant allies that can support you on this journey into Autumn, as well as during the ‘inner Autumn’ phases of your menstrual cycle and the moon cycle. We will also be connecting with and honouring the feminine archetypes of this phase. The day will include making a syrup from Guelder Rose berries, plant meditations, a guided journey as well as other embodied practices.

1.30pm-5.30pm 8th October 2023

Bowden House, Totnes

Cost: £25-35

I am only offering 8 spaces, to keep the group small and intimate.

More information on this work:

Plants invite us into their world of deep being, wildness, belonging and the dance of interdependence with all life on this Earth.

I find that the plants can deeply support us to come home to aspects and qualities of ourselves as women that support our journey of healing and honouring the thresholds on the journey of Womanhood and reclaiming our full potential and power.

These workshops will include some of the following: plant meditations, reflective practices, guided journeys, ceremony, creative expression including art, journaling, movement & voice. We each connect with plants in our own way and bring to this work our own medicine, wisdom and unique ways of being and expressing what we receive.

Through these practices, I invite you to connect with the plants and open to them as the living beings that they are, in this way honouring their unique expression and medicine. Through opening to the life around us we can be informed by the Earth and allow her to dream through us.
