DREAMSPACE: Experiential & Relational Dreamwork Practices

We all dream, each and every night.

Whether we remember them or not, they’re happening, shining a light on our waking life, offering insights into our past experiences and potential guidance for the future.

DREAMSPACE is a series of workshops and circles providing attendees the opportunity to connect with a variety of dream experiences through the lenses of experiential, scientifically-backed, and ancient dreamwork techniques.

  • Develop an active dream practice for self-development, integration and creativity which can be used in our waking life.
  • Unlock the benefits of healthy sleep by understanding your personal chronotype and through using QQRT: Quantity, Quality, Regularity, Timing.
  • Build a Dream Skills Map that helps you identify the areas of strength and opportunity in your dreamwork practice.
  • Explore a combination of exercises designed to facilitate a deeper understanding of your dream life.
  • Connect with other dreamers through dream circles and a dedicated forum for other workshop attendees.
  • Access to audio recordings for guided dream meditations and visualisation practices.

Movement, music & meditations, relaxation, visualisation & connection. You will be guided through restful and restorative exercises that promote and incubate luminous dreams, which you will be able to take home with you and continue working with.

Each workshop moves through a three-stage process:

Preparation

  • Arriving into the space, welcome & introduction.
  • Overview of the practices, their origins and applications.

Participation

  • Gentle Qigong exercises to warm up, relax the body and stimulate the flow of energy.
  • Guided Yoga Nidra and meditations designed for relaxation and visualisation.
  • Sound journey with instruments including drums, koshi chimes, and singing bowls.

Integration

  • A reflective space for journaling and recording your experiences.
  • Guidance on how to work with dream experiences and generate insights.
  • An option to dialogue with the group in an open sharing circle.

Each of the three IN-PERSON workshops will be aimed at a particular aspect of dreamwork practice, and will grant access to a follow-up ONLINE dream circle:

  • Intentional Dreaming (IN-PERSON 13.11.24 / ONLINE 17.11.24)
  • Creative Dreams (IN-PERSON 18.12.24 / ONLINE 22.12.24)
  • Lucid Dreams (IN-PERSON 08.01.25 / ONLINE 12.01.25)

By signing up to any one of these IN-PERSON workshops, you will also gain access to extra resources including audio recordings, a dedicated online forum for fellow course attendees, and an ONLINE follow-up dream circle.

Studies have shown that active participation in a dream circle can help to maximise our ability to recall dreams and gain insights from them. The dream circle will be facilitated using the Dream Appreciation Method, which does not aim to interpret dream experiences but helps dreamers to build a more holistic understanding of a dream through its content and the context from which it emerges.

If you are only able to attend the online dream circle only, then there is an option to do so at booking. More guidance for preparation prior to the circle will be provided after booking.

★★★★★ “Magic…pure magic. The space, the music, the journey you led us on was all absolutely dreamy!” - Angela

★★★★★ “I’ve not tried working with my dreams before this, but your explanation and guidance on how to work with them has given me a lot to think about. I’m excited to try some of the techniques you suggested out tonight!” - Mark

★★★★★ “I often have quite weird and vivid dreams, and one recurring dream that happened again last night after your workshop. I remembered to reality-check, and for the first time I experienced becoming lucid, it was beautiful, the way the water looked with sunlight reflecting off it, and how real it felt to touch…just incredible. Thank you!” - Sophie

Whether you struggle with remembering your dreams, or you’re a seasoned conscious dreamer, you are warmly invited to this experiential workshop to explore the role of dreams in our lives, develop an active relationship with them, and practise a range of techniques to help induce intentional, creative and lucid dreams.

There will be cushions and blankets available, but please bring everything you need to be warm and comfy whilst sitting/lying down (mats, clothing layers, more cushions & blankets, eye mask if you have one). Some paper and pens will be provided for reflections and notes, but you are welcome to bring your own journal if you wish.
