Workload, deadlines, pressure, comparison, competition....sometimes it can all get too much and lead to stress, anxiety and ultimately burnout. This 90 minute breathwork session will introduce you to the power of the breath to help you manage anxiety and move from a state of stress to one of ease and flow.

By exploring a deeper connection to you and your body , you will discover that you have all the tools to reduce stress, manage anxiety and start a profound journey of personal transformation.

Using a combination of music and breathwork techniques, accessible to everyone, you will quickly learn how to use the breath to fundamentally change how you feel physically and emotionally.
