The Call

This is an invitation to The Return - a week long initiation into the Dragon Rose & Womb Mysteries, as we embark on a Pilgrimage in a landscape rich in the living legends of the Mary's and the Magdalene.

Over 6 days you will be held in an intimate container of Women for an embodied journey to meet with the spirit of the Rose, through daily ritual, ceremony and devotion - awakening the codes of the Priestess within.

In our time together we will quest to hidden & mysterious caves, sacred sites, mountains, vortexes and springs connected to the Magdalen and Dragon Rose Line, allowing the land to inform our Pilgrimage within the unchartered terrain of the Womb.

This is a calling for those who desire to deepen their intimacy with the Rose & her mysteries, immerse themselves in the living codes of the Magdalen and open the doorway of initiation through the Love, Surrender and Sensuality of the Feminine Heart.

Each day we immerse ourselves in the frequencies of a powerful & unique Rose flower, and engage with practices designed to awaken our capacity to receive and hold the Mystery - the ancient feminine art of becoming a conduit of Earth's wisdom - the path of the Womb Priestess.

Communing with the river, mountains and caves, each day will unfold like a petal of the Rose, drawing us closer to the nectar that lies at the heart of the flower - imbibing our own bodies wisdom, and receiving direct revelation - Gnosis.

In our vulnerability and courage we dare to be witnessed in this immersion of Flower, Womb, and Magdalen Mysteries - in a quest to return to our true, raw essence - the source of our creative power, sensual nature and wild pleasure.

Together with the sacred elements of Earth, Fire, Water, & Air we awaken our Wombs and wild feminine power through rituals in ecstatic movement, Voice & Womb activation, flower healing, alchemical embodiment, sensuality and creativity under the light of the Full Moon.

This is will a deep dive initiation into the inky waters of the feminine, a rare opportunity to immerse in the secret sites of the Magdalen.

Our Pilgrimage

Our Pilgrimage to the living Venus Temple of the South of France is an alchemical immersion into the Dragon Rose Line and Feminine Mysteries of Gaia.

At each sacred site, you will encounter a lifting of the Veil, through insight, activations and direct revelation, awakening the codes of your unique frequency that wishes to bloom at this time.

Through this remembrance of your Divine Blueprint, you may recall past lifetimes of walking these lands & the Priestess Path - and through this embodiment be able to transmute that which has prevented you from living in your true essence in this lifetime.

During our time together, the Sun will be in Libra (Venus) and the Moon will enter Aries (Mars) as the Full Moon rises, offering codes of Sacred Union as we dance with the Mysteries. One of the incredible sites of this place is witnessing the Full Moon rising up over the Bugarach Mountain.

Mount Bugarach itself is connected to the Pleiades (The Seven Sisters) star cluster, with the local people sharing stories of a subterranean lake just below the surface. It's known as an 'upside down mountain', with the rocks on top far more ancient than those underneath, and standing apart from any mountain range. This mythical mountain holds many legends of extra terrestrial visitations, and I myself witnessed beautiful dances of light in the night sky, dreaming often of ancient civilisations that lived within and upon this sacred rock.

This land is a living library of Stellar and Grail Wisdom.

Each day will unfold through the mysteries of our Rose, Womb and Magdalen Mystery guides.

Morning Practice: Wild Rose Tea Ceremony: 7.15 - 8.30

Breakfast: 8.30 - 9.45

Morning Session: Devotional Practice through Womb, Rose and Magdalen Mysteries : 10.00 - 13.00

Afternoon Pilgrimage: Ritual, Journey & Ceremony at the Magdalen Sites: 15.00 - 18.30

Exact timings may vary slightly depending on the weather & the pilgrimage we have planned for that day. For example on some days we may choose to pilgrimage in the morning rather than afternoon.

The Space

Heart of the Rose is an Eco Retreat Centre, located outside the small village of Bugarach in the foothills of the Pyrenees, Southern France.

In direct view of the property, is the mystical Mount Bugarach - a mesmerising mountain that is both a geological phenomena, and home to hidden caves that are said to be gateways between worlds.

This area is ripe with the legends of the life of Mary Magdalene, who, as the story goes, built a community here in this valley after fleeing persecution in Jerusalem.

The Bugarach mountain has been excavated in search of Mary Magdalen's body and her sacred relics. The area is also extensively written about in Anna, The Voice of the Magdalenes, a channeled work by Claire Heartsong.

Bugarach is also the historical and spiritual home of the Cathars, so the whole region holds an ancient palpable magic.

So why do I bring you here?

I visited this land many times over a number of years, until it eventually became my home. During that time I developed an intimacy with this place unlike any other I have encountered before. It spoke to me through dreams, and ancient codes activating cellular memories, each day an awakening to the mystery.

This is the land that birthed me into the body of work I now share called the Womb Mysteries. Through deeply immersing myself in the caves, and the mystical teachings of the Rose, I began a lifelong apprenticeship with this ancient flower spirit as I recalled past lifetimes walking the Rose Line and the Path of the Priestess.

All we know is what we feel here; being on this land creates quantumn shifts and deep healing to unfold.

The Yeshua and Magdalen legend has woven its way into this place like a river carving through rock, a myth with a soul more true than any historians account.

Over our 6 day journey with the Rose and Mysteries of the Magdalen, we will immerse ourselves fully in this landscape allowing it to speak to & through us - body, breath & bone. What you will discover in direct contact with the land here will run far deeper than anything you could read in a book, or someone else's words.

Accomodation

Heart of the Rose is set in a beautiful old country house, high up on a hill below a Cathar Castle and with incredible views of Mount Bugarach - the Sun and Full Moon rise from directly behind the mountain!

Accommodation is a mixture of dorm rooms and private or twin rooms. If you plan on joining with a friend then there is the possibilty of sharing one of the private spaces.

Prices vary depending on room choice, please inform us if you have any specific requirements regarding this.

Rooms assigned on a first come, first served basis. Priority given to those with children or special requirements.

By Air you have multiple choices of Airports, closest being Carcassonne and Perpignan. Toulouse has the most connections to the area.

Perpignan (1hr Drive) & Carcassonne (1hr Drive)

Toulouse (2hr Drive) & Montpellier (3hr Drive)

Barcelona (4hr - very beautiful - Drive)

We recommend guests to arrive in the morning or early afternoon to the same airport, so costs can be shared for car hire & travel costs. Car hire can start from €11 a day if booked in advance from Auto Europe in Toulouse. 

We have created a Telegram group for attendees to organise their travel together.

Shuttles can be arranged at an additional cost, from Couiza where the bus arrives from Carcassonne train station, bus costs €1. Trains run regularly from Toulouse train station to Carcassonne, via the airport shuttle.

From Carcassonne simply take the airport shuttle to the main train station, and from there the bus to Couiza.

Those flying to Perpignan should take the bus to Caudies de Fenouilledes where a shuttle can be arranged at an additional cost, otherwise car hire from Perpignan is another option.

Rome to Rio is a helpful app for planning journeys via public transport, though we highly recommend the car hire option in small groups for ease and adventure!

Your contribution to the retreat includes the workshops & ceremonies, sauna, organisation of pilgrimages, accommodation and three delicious meals a day by our on-site chef.

Food is sourced locally & made with high quality nourishing ingredients - drinking water direct from the spring on the land. This area is famous for its mineral rich mountain springs, and organic & biodynamic farming practices.

Bryony is a courageous & highly intuitive practitioner and facilitator of alchemical embodiment, creating empowering experiences for women as she bridges the mundane to magic through the Shamanic Womb Arts, Flower Healing, and Mystery School teachings.

She is an initiate of the Lyceum (formally known as the Path of Pollen), with further initiations into the Temple Arts and Midwifing the Veils. Her extensive training also includes includes Flower Essences & Vibrational Medicine, Womb Yoga and Yoga Nidra, Animistic Healing Practices and Shamanic Embodiment Coaching.

Bryony's intentions for her service is to support others in discovering tools for self-healing & softening into be-ing, allowing them to lead more empowered and enriched lives with feet firmly planted in the Earth whilst exploring their inner sensual and stellar selves. Kids Camp: Options for Mothers Attending

One of the values of Heart of the Rose is family, and so they are providing those with children who are unable to leave them at home with the option of a Kids Camp Service run by an experienced and attentive children's teacher & will be hosted in English.

Daily activities will include: story time, sharing circle, arts & crafts and adventure trails into local nature.

Price are reasonable & depends on ages & number of children - please inform us upon booking if you require this service.

Massage & Additional Sauna

To support the integration and deep body nourishment of our guests, we will have an on-site massuese with treatment room, who can be booked for a range of treatments including Shiatsu, Cranio Sacral, Abdominal and Full Body Massages.

There will be a couple of Sauna session's included in the booking for the group, however if you desire to immerse yourself in the heat some more, additional can be arranged for the cost of the wood.

Who is this immersion for? Is this the right space for you?
 

This is a place for authentic connection, deep listening and community. You will be invited to explore content such as sexuality and emotions, so it is important for our own integrity and welfare of those attending that we share these points for you to be sure that this space is suitable for you.

Our intention is to offer work that is inclusive, however through our own practices of listening, learning and unlearning - we have decided that this space is specifically for female-embodied beings aka those with Yoni's and Womb's (whether or not still physically present) - which includes non-binary and gender fluid folk. 

Our reasons for this is that some of the content is very specific to the female anatomy - we will be speaking of the Womb, the Yoni and other aspects of the female body. We also recognise that we do not have the experience required to hold space safely beyond this within this setting, and want all of those that attend feel held and acknowledged. So the most responsible decision we can make is to recognise our limitations, as this offers a much a safer and authentic space for everyone. We are passionate about continuing to learn and grow in this.

We also want you to note that while this work may have therapeutic benefits, this is not therapy or a replacement for therapy. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges we strongly encourage you to seek 1-1 support from a qualified psychotherapist. 

Some of the content shared by participants in sharing circles may be triggering or traumatic in nature. This immersion is designed to create a space for us to be open and honest with each other about our experiences, as we explore some new and unchartered territory. Sharing and listening is an important aspect of this, and can support the process of transformation, and simply being.

While we do our best to create an environment that feels safe and inclusive, it is your responsibility to look after your own needs and boundaries.
