Dance through the portal of your heart and into the deeper truth of your soul. 

Guided by Peruvian Cacao, shamanic intention work, a guided breathwork journey, somatic trauma work and dancing to release and reconnect, we will dive deep within to access the bliss and ecstasy that's already available to us when we listen. 

In just over 2 hours, you will release fears stored in your subconscious and body and move deeper into a reality rooted in Love and connection, aligning to the embodiment of your heart and soul's truth and enticing you to step into it. Join us to shake off stagnancy and dance into joy and bliss. 

Known by the Mayans as the drink of the Gods, cacao is renowned for its heart opening and spiritual and bodily connection abilities. We will be working with cacao sustainably sourced from the Peruvian Amazon. Join us for this one off opportunity to come together and tune into her medicine for an initiation into Love. 

There will be an opportunity at the end to connect and share with one another if you wish to stay a little longer.

Laura Reeves is creative director and founder of Infinite Experience, creating experiences designed to ignite oneness and release illusions of separation. She has designed and held workshops and interactive performances on physical release and heart connection all over the world and is excited to be back in London sharing the release space, a physical medicine for the body and soul.

Josh Swords 

 

Josh is somatic coach and breathwork facilitator with a speciality in neuroscience and trauma informed techniques. The core of his work is to reconnect you to your deeper truth and divine essence through releasing fear and trauma.

My experience of the retreat was deep and powerful, I feel very grateful to have had the opportunity to connect with the beautiful ancient land and waters of St. Nectan's Glen over the Easter weekend. Assisted by music and plant ceremonies I was able to access the hidden, neglected parts of myself and was reminded of my place as a part of the natural world, taken aback by her stunning beauty. Our weekend was intuitively facilitated with love and a deep respect for the land and spirit of this magical place. This special connection to earth, air, water and fire at this poignant moment in the year was profound, challenging and ultimately deeply transformative.

It’s hard to find the words to capture the beautiful experience of being with Laura, Lila, and my fellow retreatants last weekend at the magical St Nectan’s Glen. We arrived in the rain and left in glorious sunshine which felt like a perfect metaphor for the journey we had been on together. Everything about the weekend felt so easy, gentle and full of love - it was more than just a retreat, it felt like coming home to myself. There were countless beautiful moments, but the waterfall ceremony will stay with me forever. A week later, and I’m still feeling the glow. I absolutely loved the Winter Solstice retreat Laura and Josh orchestrated. It was really illuminating in so many unexpected ways. Laura and Josh are the real deal. They are authentic, compassionate and evolved. They are also wise owls but kind and gentle in the application of this wisdom. When I told my sister about the weekend, she was moved to tears, so I’ve realised the impact doesn’t lie solely within the power of the group, or even the individual self-growth. It ripples out much further. The sprit of Glastonbury is in the people. People like Laura and Josh, who feel the call to (and actually do) help us heal and grow. I’m grateful. Thank you. 🙏

I really enjoyed the retreat with Laura and Josh. It was a very healing experience as they held such a safe, loving, welcoming, and authentic space. The programme of events had enough activities to be engaging, as well as a good balance of space to process the practices. Cae Mabon was beautiful and relaxing, being so close to nature. The other attendees were lovely. I would really recommend going on a retreat with Laura and Josh.

This retreat was an incredible experience and I feel so grateful that I could spend some time nature and deeply reconnect with it. I am especially grateful for the amazing breath work and meditation journeys we undertook with Laura and Josh in a wonderful surroundings . They were profoundly powerful experiences that brought forth beautiful visions of my loved ones, facilitated healing from my past, and helped release significant trauma. These journeys were truly transformative. I feel amazing joy and love in my heart🙏 My first-time experience with cold water immersion was challenging, but my body felt great afterward. It helped me overcome some of my fears and added to the overall sense of renewal and growth I experienced during the retreat.
