Join us for a 21-day online journey of relaxation as we use guided meditations to regulate the nervous system and calm the body and mind.
Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience from the comfort of your own home. This course is designed to help you find inner peace and reduce stress through a daily meditation practice. Take a break from everyday life and embark on this online meditation journey with an intimate circle of like minded individuals. Each day, you will have the opportunity to unwind, center yourself, and cultivate a sense of calm.
The practices that we will be learning on this course will be accessible to all and super helpful for you to use in times of crisis when you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, in a high stress situation or just needing to calm the mind.
For this meditation journey I have created a 25 minute practice with specific exercises chosen to help us ground into our bodies, connect with the breath and quiet the mind. It is the perfect opportunity for those new to the Kundalini practice to understand more about how a daily devoted practice can impact their wellbeing.
What's Included:
- Group opening call, introduction to Kundalini yoga, discussion of holistic approaches and online group practice.
- A meditation and yoga routine including embodiment practices, breathwork and somatic movement.
- Video of the meditation to practice along with in your own time each day.
- Weekly check-in calls every Monday evening including a group meditation practice and opportunity to receive support with your practice and ask questions.
- Weekly journal prompts and affirmations.
- Access to group whatsapp for the opportunity to ask questions and share your experience throughout the journey.
- A curated playlist of calming and relaxing music.
- An 1hr group Kundalini yoga and meditation class (online).
- Final closing call and opportunity to share your experience.
- All group calls will be recorded and shared with the group in case you miss the live call.
