A movement workshop exploring failure and the pressure to get it ‘right’
“Out beyond ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing, there is a field. I'll meet you there” - Rumi
Join Mareike and Fiona to playfully explore how the pressure to get it ‘right’ and fear of failure lives in our moving bodies. In this workshop, you will be guided through games and embodiment exercises which gently invite this inner judgement to be witnessed and begin to find alternatives of freedom and joy in getting it ‘wrong’ together.
Influenced by dance/movement psychotherapy, physical theatre and clowning.
No experience of dance, movement or creative practice needed.
*Although this workshop may be therapeutic, it is not therapy.*
*Please take responsibility for your own wellbeing during the workshop.*
