Reiki is a natural, non-invasive practice that helps to reduce stress, restore balance, and support emotional and physical wellbeing. In this interactive workshop, you’ll:

✨ Learn what Reiki is and where it comes from
✨ Explore how energy flows through and around you
✨ Practise simple techniques to feel your own energy
✨ Experience a short self-Reiki routine you can continue at home

This is a welcoming, beginner-friendly space—no previous experience is needed. You’ll leave with practical tools to calm the mind, nurture the body, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
