Emerging with Spring: Half Day Retreat

Movement, folklore & ritual to align with nature’s cycles

Nature is waking up, offering us the perfect opportunity to grow with her. As the days lengthen and buds begin to open, this gathering invites us to pause, connect and give gratitude to the land, and intentionally prepare for the outward expression of the lighter half of the year.

Just as seeds emerge from the womb of the earth, this is our time to bring to life the parts of ourselves that have been resting through the winter. Through movement, ritual, and reflection, we’ll align with the natural cycles around us, releasing what no longer serves us and sowing intentions for what we wish to cultivate in the season ahead.

We are gathering at a potent time of renewal, on the first New Moon after Ostara - both symbolising new beginnings and endless possibilities!

Your Facilitators:

Sue Judge Wholistic Health

Sue Judge

Sue is a holistic health practitioner who works deeply with the seasons, integrating nutrition and seasonal energy into her practice. With 15 years of experience in nutrition, ecopsychology, and wellbeing coaching, she helps individuals restore balance and reconnect with nature.  In her practice, thriving or living well encompasses all aspects of life, including facing our dying process—an aspect often shied away from. She believe that addressing our grief-phobic tendencies allows us to live our days to the fullest. Passionate about community, she sees her role as a mycelial connector, supporting others in rebuilding “the village” (Francis Weller).

Aisha Amanita

Born and raised in London, Aisha always felt a yearning for the wild and a way to gather people for magical moments of reconnection. Having been gifted the middle name of Amanita, Aisha has grown up with an ineffable curiosity in the healing powers of plants and fungi. This has led to her inquiry into ancient and indigenous practices near and far. Nature and the wild inspire her facilitation, with the goal to make space for those to reconnect us not only with our bodies but also with the rhythmic cycles of the earth.

Alongside her facilitation of bodyfulness, Aisha produces stories (through documentary) and is in the making of projects that explore Britain’s ancient practices.
