What is a Community Ketamine Journey?

Our Community events provide a guided and integrated experience with all the benefits of individual ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) within a supportive community. As social beings, our journey toward healing is enhanced within a group setting. While our virtual Ketamine-assisted therapy lays the foundation, our group immersions come alive in person, resonating with live music and abundant opportunities for meaningful group engagement.

How Does Ketamine Work?

Ketamine is a legal psychedelic being used to treat a range of conditions, including depression, chronic pain, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, and addiction. Ketamine has been found to produce rapid antidepressant effects that can last for up to a month post treatment. Ketamine also produces something called Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) which creates more neuroplasticity in your brain, which supports creating new neural pathways and lasting theraputic change.   By utilizing the ketamine to enhance and deepen the therapeutic process, combined with psychotherapy and other integrative forms of treatment, we amplify and prolong the curative effects of ketamine. Because Ketamine increases neural plasticity for 3-7 days after your journey, our group immersion creates a portal to help you establish better habits and gain a fresh perspective.

What Can You Expect?

During the Journey:

Upon arrival, you will be invited to set up a comfortable space for your journey. We'll begin with introductions and invite you to set your intention for the experience. Once everyone has taken their dosage of Ketamine, our expert guides will be present to hold the space and provide any support needed. There will be live music designed to facilitate healing.

Post-Journey:

Ample time will be given to allow for a smooth return from your journey. You'll have the opportunity to reflect and share your experience with the group, have some snacks, and gradually emerge before heading home.

Follow-Up Integration:

Integration is a crucial part of the journey itself, so in the days following your journey you will reconnect with your journey community for a virtual integration session to help you process and integrate your experience.

What does this cost?

You will be receiving:

-1 hour intake and medication evaluation with a Journey Clinical psychiatrist

-30 minute intake and KAP evaluation with a Transform Therapist

-A four-hour event at an intimate, private venue

-1 hour virtual group preparation session before the event

-A small group setting, guided by two clinicians

All for the total cost of $800
