Come and join me for an evening of deep rest and restoration as you let yourself be guided on a meditative sound journey. Take some time out for you, to unwind, let go of stress and tension and reach a place of calm and well-being.

What to expect:

The session will start with guided breathing and a grounding meditation to arrive fully into your body and the space. You will then settle down, get comfortable and listen to a guided relaxation followed by the therapeutic sounds of singing bowls, vocal overtones, rain stick, chimes, percussion and shakers. This is an opportunity to practice self-care and compassion, and to release what no longer serves you.

The evening will finish with herbal tea and organic chocolate.

Benefits:

As well as deep relaxation, sound baths can have many other benefits such as stress & anxiety reduction, improved sleep, relief of depression, unlocking of creativity, pain reduction, new insights and an opportunity for the body to naturally heal.
